How it works
- Choose the photo the form asks for.
- Enter the width and height in pixels and pick the maximum file size, for example 200 × 230 px under 50 KB.
- Adjust the crop box (it follows the target ratio) and choose Crop to fit or Fit inside.

Resize an image for an online form in one step
Application portals often say things like "photo must be 200 × 230 px and under 50 KB" or "JPG, maximum 100 KB". Instead of cropping, resizing and compressing in three different tools, this page does all three and then checks the result against your requirements. 1 KB is counted as 1000 bytes, so the file also passes portals that count 1024.

Frequently asked questions
Will the image be exactly the size I entered?
Yes. When you enter both width and height, the result is exactly that many pixels.
Does it aim for exactly 50 KB?
No — it aims for 50 KB or less, at the best quality that still fits.
What if my limit can't be reached?
You'll see "limit not reached" with the smallest practical size instead of a blurry image. Try a larger limit or smaller dimensions.
Are the presets official?
No. They're generic sizes for convenience. Always follow the exact instructions of your form.
